I hold two roles at Allsmith:
- Lead Entrepreneur in Residence – where I’m responsible for recruiting and staffing fellow ex-founders on client engagements, improving the agencies’ growth marketing frameworks, ensuring consistency of product delivery, client services packaging and minimizing client churn.
- As EIR/Growth Lead I provide client CEO’s with mentorship & peer support while driving their growth & product strategies as a fractional CMO. Additionally, I assist clients in executing product and pricing analysis, positioning workshops and UVP design. Clients include a variety of post product-market-fit B2B and B2C organizations.
